These Terms come into effect the moment you complete account registration on indianmataka.com. By submitting your details, you confirm you have read and accepted every clause. Any subsequent update takes effect when it is published on this page.

Yes. Every financial transaction processed through your account — including UPI, Paytm and PhonePe deposits and withdrawals — is governed by these Terms. Your payment provider's own policies also apply in parallel for matters within their control.

We may update the Terms at any time. The revised version is effective as soon as it appears on this page. We aim to notify you by email when significant changes are made, but continued use of your account constitutes acceptance regardless of whether you read the notification.

If you do not wish to accept an updated version of the Terms, you should stop using your account and contact support to request closure. Continued use after an update is published is treated as acceptance of the revised Terms.
